Welcome to GAMCA Medical India. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or payment.
1. Our Services
GAMCA Medical India provides online assistance for WAFID/GAMCA medical appointment booking and related GCC medical slip services.
We assist customers with the appointment booking process and provide the appointment details or slip after successful processing.
We are an independent service provider and are not the official WAFID/GAMCA authority, a government organization, or a medical center.
2. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including:
Full name
Passport number and details
Nationality
Date of birth
Destination country
Contact details
The information provided should match the customer’s passport and other relevant documents.
GAMCA Medical India is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
3. Appointment Booking
Appointment processing is subject to the availability and rules of the WAFID appointment system.
The assigned medical center is determined through the applicable appointment system. We cannot guarantee a particular medical center unless the system specifically provides that option.
Once the appointment has been successfully processed, customers should carefully check the information on their appointment slip.
4. Fees and Payments
Our GAMCA/WAFID appointment booking charge is ₹1,400 / $17.
Medical examination fees are separate and are charged by the assigned medical center. Medical center fees may vary by country, city, and center. All payments must be completed before the appointment service is processed.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Medical Examination
The actual medical examination is conducted by the assigned WAFID-approved medical center.
GAMCA Medical India does not control:
Medical examination results
Fitness or unfitness decisions
Medical center charges
Medical center procedures
Medical report processing
We do not guarantee that an applicant will receive a medically fit result.
6. Cancellation
Appointment or GCC medical slip cancellation is subject to the applicable WAFID rules and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need assistance with cancellation.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or problems caused by:
Incorrect information provided by the customer
WAFID/GAMCA system issues or technical problems
Medical center delays or decisions
Medical results
Visa rejection or visa-processing delays
Changes to government or WAFID requirements
Our responsibility is limited to providing the online appointment assistance service requested by the customer.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
